Sizing
When
purchasing open toe high heel shoes, it is recommended to buy the same
size you wear in a flat shoe. When buying closed toe high heels, it is
recommended that you purchase 1/2 size larger than your normal flat shoe
size. Our shoes are only available in whole sizes, please order the next
largest size if you normally wear a half size. (So if you normally
wear a size 8 ˝ you should order a size 9) When converting
from a men's size to women's size you should generally order two sizes
larger. (So if you wear a men's size 8 you would order a women's size
10) These tips should only be used as a guide for buying the proper
size. We will not be held responsible if you do not purchase the correct
size.

SHIPPING
TURN-AROUND TIME
We normally ship
within 3 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays. Orders
should be placed two weeks in advance for Holidays or special events
to allow plenty of time for your package to be delivered.
Expedited shipping items will be shipped out
on the same day of purchase if the order is received before 1:00 PM
Pacific time, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after
that time will ship the next day excluding weekends and holidays.
For UPS Ground shipments:
Orders placed before 12 p.m. PST – usually ship on third
business day or
earlier
Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST – usually ship on fourth
business day or
earlier
UPS does not make deliveries on Saturdays and
Sundays.
We offer easy expedited shipping
options available at check out! Expedited orders ship out on the
same day of purchase if the order is received before 1:00 PM Pacific
time, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders received after that time will ship the next day excluding
weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING

We do not make
deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses, in compliance with the policies
of UPS, our
standard shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Easy Ordering
Submit your order via the
internet using our easy & secured shopping cart. We use PayPal, the number 1
online payment source. It's free to use & now you don't have to be a member
to send a payment! PayPal gives you several payment methods including,
credit cards, checking accounts, PayPal accounts & more.
When you see an item you
wish to purchase simply choose your color & size from the drop down boxes
(where applicable) and then click on the add to cart button. Your shopping
cart will then appear with your selections added to it. From there you can
change the quantity or remove it from the cart if you should change your
mind. You can also click on the little shopping cart icon at the top of each
page to view the contents of your shopping cart. To add additional items
simply continue shopping. After you have selected all the items you wish to
purchase just click on the shopping cart icon from any page & then click
checkout. Shipping will be added to your total. Complete your information &
submit. That's it! In the unlikely event that you do not receive your
order within 14 working days, please send us an e-mail to
customerservice@hotstrippershoes.com so that we may investigate why
you did not receive your order.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your
order email us at

We will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within 24 hours of
placing the order. Please include your order number and contact details. We
cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships,
shipping charges will not be refunded & you will be charged a 15%
re-stocking fee as well as a $5.00 service charge. If you return the item
for an exchange you will not be charged the re-stocking fee.

Merchandise Return Policy
All
returns for
refund
are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus a $5.00 service charge, unless the return is due to
a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our
suppliers.
If you wish to
exchange the item you will not be charged a restocking fee. We will not accept returns with obvious
signs of wear. You must notify us by e-mail within 5 days of receiving
your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to do so within a 5 day
period will result in refusal of your return. We will not refund the
cost of shipping unless the return is due to an error on the part
of us or our suppliers.
Returns will not be accepted without a return
authorization number. Once you notify us, you will be issued a RA
# which must be written on the outside of the package. After you receive
your RA number, you have seven days to make the return. Any packages
received without the RA # written on the outside, or received after 7
days, will be refused. You will also receive a merchandise return form
which must be printed, filled out & shipped with your return.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus a $5.00 service charge. We recommended that you
insure the return package. We will not be responsible for packages that
we do not receive or arrive damaged.
Merchandise must be in the original packaging. Returns will not be
accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original shoebox, or
if the packaging bears any hand written marks such as style and/or
sizing. The original manufactures shoebox must be shipped back with an
outside box, do not return shoes in only the original manufactures box.
Any return received in a damaged shoebox (shipped to us without an outer
packaging, taped or labels applied directly to the shoebox) will NOT be
accepted & you will be responsible for shipping charges to return the
package back to you.
